Positive: Safety explanation was well done and I felt safe. The place is well maintained and it was enjoyable despite the weather Critic: Photos came out quite blurry and that was the one request I put in, to have good photos. Video was trimmed too short and barely had the section of my jump for a long time, just a few seconds. Too much of the video is the talking bit which I honestly didn't care for. There should be allowance to receive the raw video, as for me it felt rushed like the person doing this is just copy pasting small sections of a video and moving on to the next. We literally come all the way to jump so the video should be more of that for our memory. I appreciate hearing my experience after and before, but I can do that anywhere on my own. You owed me a good video of my jump which can't happen anywhere:( Perhaps invest in having people go down with a go-pro camera. The price charged for the pics and video is enough to get us better quality footage. I did email back to give this review but oh well. - Brenda
